Package details:
- Full history collected before the consultation
- One-hour consultation via video call
- A sleep plan tailored to your family’s needs
- Two weeks of regular guidance via voice notes and texts
- 30-minute evaluation wrap-up call at the end of your two weeks

Occasionally, not all sleep issues can be solved within two weeks, and extra help is needed.
- Suitable for people who like to take things at a slower, gentler pace
- If you get to the end of your two weeks but don’t yet feel confident enough to finish
- 30-minute evaluation/check-in
- One extra week
- Guidance & support via voice notes and texts
- 30-minute evaluation wrap-up call
